Delivery Options

Nova Poshta

Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker anywhere in Ukraine. Delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your region. Shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates at the time of dispatch.

After shipment you will receive a tracking number by email.

Courier Delivery

Door-to-door courier delivery is available in major cities. Please check availability for your city when placing your order. Delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Pickup

You may collect your order in person by prior arrangement. Contact us after placing your order to agree on a location and time.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Ukrposhta and international carriers. Timelines and costs depend on the destination country. Please contact us before ordering to confirm terms.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

Pay cash upon collection at a Nova Poshta branch. Please note that Nova Poshta charges a service fee for cash on delivery according to their current rates.

Bank Transfer

Transfer to a PrivatBank or Monobank card. We send payment details after order confirmation. Dispatch is made once payment is received.

Online Card Payment

Pay by Visa or Mastercard directly on the website. Transactions are secured by SSL. We do not store your card details.

Production Timelines

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and custom items require 7-21 business days depending on complexity. Exact timelines are agreed individually.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items made to a custom order are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
