Welcome to Ornaments Treasury. By using this website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

The website ornamentstreasury.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Ornaments Treasury. All items presented on the Website are handmade. Minor differences from photographs in colour or texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

2. Registration and Account

Registration is recommended for placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. In the event of unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.

3. Placing an Order

An order is considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability or a pricing error. In such cases you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated separately at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Our obligation to fulfil an order arises upon payment confirmation. In the event of non-payment, the order may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the delivery service.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return an item of satisfactory quality within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, retains its consumer properties and is in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Items made to a custom order are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Defective items are replaced or refunded in full.

7. Intellectual Property

All website materials - texts, photographs, ornaments, logo - are the property of Ornaments Treasury or are used under licence. Reproduction, copying or distribution of any materials without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ornaments Treasury is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the products or the Website. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
